A NOTE TO OUR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS

Sadly, at the moment we cannot ship to Europe. This is due to the complexities of the new EPR packaging rules. We are working on understanding and implementing processes in order to be able to comply with these new rules, but as it stands, at the moment, we are not able to ship to mainland Europe. Many apologies. 

SPEED OF DELIVERY & TRACKING

Please note that we live and work on a remote Scottish island with no access to FedEx, DHL. We can only send purchases with Royal Mail who will pass it to your national mail carrier such as USPS, Canada Post, etc.

We always use tracking/signature services. Accurate tracking information varies from country to country. In some cases it can be vague e.g tracking will show "arrived in destination county" with no further information available until delivery has been made. 

UK - sent via Royal Mail, normally delivered in 2 to 3 days from the date of dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL - worldwide deliveries are normally made within 4 - 14 days.

Occasional delays can occur if the parcel is held for inspection by your local customs authority.

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand £0 - £30

These costs are calculated according to the size and weight of the package as well as any import tariffs.

Worldwide Shipping & Import Fees Fully Covered
We want your order to arrive smoothly without unexpected hassle. The checkout price completely covers standard international carriage, primary customs import duties including the 10% US tariff. 

Please note: While we pre-pay all standard international cross-border distribution and clearance tariffs, any rare, highly localized municipal processing handling fees or exceptional regional taxes applied directly by your destination post office remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
