From a series of 12 luxurious, miniature, gold tooled, full leather bindings.

Every book in this series has been tooled in genuine gold leaf on rich crimson sheep leather, no two are the same.

The brass tool used to create the patterns was engraved in the studio by Mark.

This book is supplied in a fabric envelope, hand sewn here in Stromness, Orkney, by our great friend Annie Fanning who lives and works two doors away from our own workshop. They're made using a stunning Japanese printed fabric, lined with a natural muslin and feature magnetic closures.

Inside are 52 pages of wonderful, wavy laid Zerkall paper, the first nine are numerically printed using carbon black relief ink and handled brass bookbinding tools. The idea being that you can write or even draw the reasons why you love the recipient of this beautiful book so. 

The last page is printed with an infinity symbol (a sideways 8) because of course, when asked how much you love your partner, the only correct answer is "infinity".
