We post on Mondays and Fridays.

UK - sent via Royal Mail, normally delivered in 2 to 3 days from the date of dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL - worldwide deliveries normally made within 4 - 14 days.

Occasional delays can occur if the parcel is held for inspection by your local customs authority.

Please note that we live and work on a remote Scottish island with no access to FedEx, DHL. We can only send purchases with Royal Mail who will pass it to your national mail carrier such as USPS, Canada Post, Deutsche Post etc.

International Tracking - accurate tracking information varies from country to country. In some cases it can be quite vague e.g will show as "arrived in destination county" with no further information available until delivery has been made. 

Local Taxes - You are responsible for paying any local taxes or import duties etc.

SHIPPING COSTS

UK £0 to £10, USA/Canada £0 - £26, Europe £0 to £18, Rest of the World £0 - £30.

These costs are calculated according to the size and weight of the package. Some products such as Properly Made Books are sent with no shipping charge.
