Produced in the 30s-50s, this delightful item is a letterpress printed paper sample of No.31 Imperial 140lb Rough handmade paper.
It would have been used as a folder in which the papermaker would send other samples of paper to cutomers.
Until recently we didn't even know these existed. We only have a handful available.
